Muss ja auch mal gesagt werden… das Schneetreiben geht aber weiter: Die Meteorologen rechnen heute nochmals mit beträchtlichen Neuschnee-Mengen bis 70 Zentimeter. Damit sollen in Arosa am Montag vier Meter Schnee liegen. Eine Ural kann das nicht bremsen!

Käser in der Sennerei Maran. Diese Alpkäserei auf der Alp Maran über Arosa liegt auf 1865 m.ü.M. und verarbeitet die Alpmilch in Alpkäse und andere Spezialitäten. Im kleinen Gastlokal der Sennerei kann man (aus hygienischen Gründen) durch eine grosse Glaswand ins Innere der modernen Käserei sehen und zuschauen, wie der leckere Käse entsteht, den man gerade isst.
